Meet Coach Bear
I coach using the framework of Integral Coaching and the ENNEAGRAM. I also incorporate Eugene Gendlin’s Focusing, a soul and soma way of connecting with one’s inner knowing, meditation and breathwork to support my clients. I practice Transcendental Meditation and Gene Keys contemplation and am an avid student of astrology, transpersonal psychology and all things Enneagram.
Prior to coaching, I was engaged in the corporate and entrepreneurial world of business and technology. One of the coolest jobs of my early career was serving as speech writer and communications advisor to the Chairman of Mitsubishi Electronics. The most dynamic moment of my mid-career was launching The Patent & License Exchange and raising, with my co-founders, $50 million to fund our intellectual property exchange.
My early education includes a BA in English Language & Literature from the University of Chicago, an MBA from The Marshall School of Business, University of Southern California, and an Associate Arts degree from The Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising.
My second career is coaching. And fortunately for me, it seems to dovetail perfectly with my life purpose.
